When you use Old Masters, we collect the following information:

• Photos uploaded for portrait generation: The image(s) you provide to create your AI portrait. These are stored temporarily and deleted within 7 days.
• Email address: Used to deliver your final portrait and communicate about your order.
• Payment information: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
• Order metadata: Information such as order ID, selected master, timestamp, and order status necessary to fulfill your request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To generate your AI portrait in the style of the selected Old Master.
• To deliver your final portrait to your provided email address.
• To process your payment securely through our payment processor.
• To respond to customer service inquiries and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Photo Storage & Deletion

Photos uploaded for portrait generation are stored on secure AWS servers in the United States. Photos are automatically deleted within 7 days of your order date. We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not share your photos with any third parties.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service, including:

• AWS for secure, temporary photo storage.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Email delivery services to send your portrait and order confirmations.

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@oldmasters.art. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal session cookies required for the checkout flow. These are essential for maintaining your session during the ordering process. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any non-essential cookies.
